Our herbs are planted, grown and harvested along with the moon phases and harvested at optimal freshness, always when the plant is in its peak, the most medicinally-potent phase of life. This varies from plant to plant, and directly depends on which part of the plant is being used for the end product. We feel blessed get our plants from people who deeply understand herbs and how to best grow them.
