  • As of right now we are only shipping within the USA.

  • We encourage you to utilize your tea jar as storage at home. It can easily be washed by hand or dishwasher, and is the perfect size for storing dry pantry goods, or leftovers in the fridge to bring to work the next day! Get creative and reuse your glass jars. You are welcome to bring them back to refill hers from the bulk herb wall, but at this time we do not refill our tea blends. We will be offering a compostable bag option for our tea blends in the near future.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please note this when making your purchase. When you make a purchase, you agree to our return policy.

  • As of right now we are only shipping within the USA.

  • We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our facility. You will be given tracking for your package and if your package is lost in the mail, it is up to the USPS or other package provider to settle the issue with you. We will do what we possibly can on our end to settle the issue, but we are not required to send you another package. By placing and order online you are agreeing to this shipping policy.

  • Typically all orders are sent next business day.

  • Yes! Our shipping is plastic free. We use all post - consumer filling and packaging, most of it that we recycle from packages sent to us so that there is a little waste as possible. All other shipping materials are compostable.
